Loftus-Marquette Multi Remodel (New Berlin, WI)

Overview: This Project #1 Redesign layout and remodel Kitchen/Dining/Living Room Project #2 Refresh 3/4 Bath and Remodel Main Bathroom Project #3 Master Bedroom Refresh

Challenge: Outdated floorplan and finishes, the new homeowner (bachelor) loved to entertain his “sports loving” friends and family , so audio-visual needs as well as lighting were his highest priorities. He simply said, “give me the cheapest cabinets you have…I am all about great lighting , audio and tv’s for my parties”. *Disclaimer - I did not want the refrigerator positioned between 2 patio doors and made him promise to tell everyone who came to the house.

Opportunity: Our opportunity was to successfully update the home while staying true to the original wood finishes.

Solution: Our solution was to open up the floorplan, eliminate formal dining, make a true entertaining space. Make the Living Room a grown up place to relax. Remodel that bathroom to have a updated masculine edge.

Timeline: Project #1 Design thru completion was approximately 6 months. Project #2 Design thru completion was 4 months Project#3 3 months
